Blame Zarine for this one-off post. She wants me to key in 8 things about my prospective life-partner…Tough ask indeed for she knows the position I am in ;) Anyways, here goes….

1) An ability to listen…..Of critical importance, for I have an overarching ability to crap. Period.

2) An ability to snap back….Yes…I am human and I do make mistakes…And I would expect her to point ‘em out to be up-front rather than dilly-dally about it….I might snap back too…But i usually resemble a ruminating animal when it comes to thoughts/ideas/inputs ;)

3) Understands the fact that agreeing to disagree isn’t as bad as disagreeing and cribbing about it to eternity

4) She really shouldn’t hesitate to do what she feels for want of scaring/disappointing/terrifying/frightening me….There’s always a first time and learning is a continuous process, for both…. :)

5) She should appreciate my take on all things money…And yea its pretty simple…Spending money is just as enlightening as making and saving it…Only when you spend will you get a hang of it…Ofcourse, that doesn’t mean……well…you know what…handing the purse strings to her ;)

6) She shouldn’t ask me about my interests or my opinion on *a* specific person…I tend to stay as far as possible from, in MBA parlance, the halo effect…So obviously, i tend not to have a general opinion on anyone, but only specific opinions on specific issues wrt a specific person…Convoluted? u bet :p

7) And if its not too much of an ask, she should be just as affectionate forever as she is _________ ;)

8) And yea, very important…Were she a blogger, she shouldn’t put me in a corner with such tags !!! ;)

 And now tangential payback time…. I shall only tag guys since only they can appreciate that this tag is a pain ;)
